These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Hikmad.AI website, platform, applications, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use the Service. ________________________________________ 1. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to: • Pay all applicable fees in advance, as billed via our third-party payment processor, Stripe; • Authorize Hikmad.AI to charge your payment method on a recurring basis, if applicable; • Accept that pricing may be modified with reasonable prior notice (usually 14 days). Cancellations and Refunds You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings. Refunds, if applicable, are processed in accordance with our Refund Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hikmad.AI and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any: • Indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages; • Loss of data, profits, business, or goodwill; • Damages resulting from unauthorized access to your account or data. Our total liability arising out of or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to Hikmad.AI in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. ________________________________________ 10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
