Pricing depends on the assistants, number of users and configuration you need. Our standard approach is a scoped pilot for one programme, with a quote agreed up front.
Hikmad.AI is optimised for low-bandwidth environments. The platform is designed to be lightweight on mobile data.
We support your data protection impact assessment and can provide a Data Processing Agreement. Ask us for our data protection details, including where data is hosted.
For a single NGO programme, we plan for about 30 days from signed agreement to going live. This includes configuration, language customisation, policy setup, staff onboarding, and a soft-launch period. We scope complex government or multi-country deployments individually.
Yes. We can configure your deployment with your own branding, including your logo, colour scheme and domain.
Yes. Every deployment includes onboarding training for administrators and key staff. We also offer our AI Literacy and AI for NGOs training programmes as add-ons live workshops or self-paced for your broader team and communities.
