We aim to deliver high-quality AI services through Hikmad.AI. This Refund Policy explains how and when you may request a refund.
1. Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings. Upon cancellation:
You will retain access to the Service until the end of your current billing cycle.
No automatic refunds will be issued for unused time after cancellation.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis under the following conditions:
You experienced a critical technical issue that prevented access to paid features, and you reported it to support within 7 days.
You were incorrectly charged due to a system error or billing mistake.
To request a refund, contact billing@hikmad.ai within 14 days of the issue.
3. Non-Refundable Items
We do not offer refunds for:
Partial months of service or unused time
Downgrades or plan changes mid-cycle
Features not used by the customer
4. Disputes
If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us before disputing with your payment provider. We’ll do our best to resolve the matter promptly.
5. How Refunds Are Issued
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method via Stripe and may take 5–10 business days to process, depending on your bank or card issuer.
6. Policy Changes
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will take effect upon publication to this page.
